We ship Australia wide. For outside Australia, please contact us before placing an order
What postal service do we use?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
How much is the postage?
We offer $11.90 Flat shipping (excluding bulky resources).
Free domestic shipping on orders over $250
International Postage starts at $20. Please contact us with your shopping list and we can provide you with accurate shipping cost and invoice you via PayPal.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving them (except orders received on weekends and public holidays).
We use Australia Post regular service. If you need your order to be posted ASAP and/or require express shipping, please DM/email before placing your order.
When will my order arrive?
Please allow 7-13 business days for your order to arrive. Please note, Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any postal delays.
Please be aware that you will need to be home to receive the goods. Deliveries are made between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you will need to arrange collection at your post. Unfortunately Australia Post will not supply accurate day or time of delivery details. If you do not pick up your goods in time, they will be returned to us.
Can I track my order?
Tracking numbers are provided via email once the resources are dispatched, so please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.
